Processes ID badges for team members worldwide and local contractors
Provides access to our facilities subject to approved admissions standards
Communicate face to face with our customers
Use different departments to handle phone calls and inquiries regularly
Record the correct information on time
Monitors and responds to emails from multiple centralized email accounts
Prepares and submits daily ID badge requests and renewals

Minimum Qualifications - Education and previous work experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Candidate Qualifications - Education and Previous Work Experience
Previous customer service experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members
Computer skills and previous experience with the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail
Ability to type 40-50 WPM as this position requires accurate and timely information
Ability to work overtime to meet operational needs
Ability to provide strong customer service
