Disney's Addressable Advertising Operations team is looking for an account manager who will be a unique addition to the marketing and advertising team at one or more of our exciting brands based in New York, NY and Santa Monica, CA . These brands belong to The Walt Disney Company's (NYSE: DIS) global entertainment and television shows, owned television stations, and radio and publishing businesses. This includes ABC Television Network, ABC Television Stations Group, ABC Studios, ESPN, Hulu, Disney Channels Worldwide, Freeform, FX and National Geographic as well as Disney/ABC Domestic Television and Disney Media Distribution.
Job Summary:
In this role, you will work with one or more senior account managers to sell ad space on Disney's many digital properties. The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to ensure proper campaign implementation, promote campaigns and provide superior customer service to our client accounts. Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees overall campaign delivery by providing screenshots, campaign reporting, delivery analysis, advertiser insights and process optimization.
Collaborate with internal and external media consultants to ensure successful digital media execution
Manage customer communications directly related to advertising experience, delivery, optimization, prospecting and billing agreements
Manage campaign implementation, including traffic from video/display assets and ad tags
Supports complex, high-quality video/display advertising campaigns for major advertisers across all Disney digital platforms
Review submission rules, save campaign assets, and create creative pitch calls
Save problems and test video/display assets on OTT, mobile and desktop
Project management of traditional/complex media offerings, including content support and new or complex media formats
Sophistication and display of all Disney digital media products and their capabilities
Work with partners to close monthly billing and resolve monthly and ongoing billing issues for all campaigns used
On-call support may be required for after-hours customer-related emergencies
Education, Experience/ Skills/ Training Required:
2+ years of professional experience in advertising and/or media or 1+ years of experience in a large entertainment media company (multi-brand portfolio), with a focus on customer-facing services , experience choosing digital and online media. Experience in online digital environments, including knowledge of third-party media servers such as DCM, Sizmek, Innovid, etc., and media serving technologies such as VAST and VPAID.
Knowledge of media analysis and accreditation providers such as Nielsen, ComScore, Moat, Integral Ad Science, Millard Brown, etc.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills, both internally and externally with clients. Ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly. Practices to build relationships quickly and build professional relationships
A quick learner with attention to detail; critical thinking, analysis and problem solving skills
Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to simultaneously manage and respond to requests from a variety of people. Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn quickly and quickly develop new manufacturing tools
