Responsibilities:
Primarily focused on providing support to Sales and Account Management team on activities related to marketing, sales, and service of client and prospective client accounts. May be responsible for service/claim issues relating to clients/accounts in order to assist client facing Account Managers / Producers with such things as service inquiries, claims, billing, and/or administrative issues. Will coordinate and communicate team workflow and scheduling to maximize effectiveness of team efforts toward relationship building and client retention. Staff at this level work under direct supervision and generally perform work for clients of low to moderate complexity, with little discretion or decision-making capability. Involves no client geared travel with minimal face-to-face client interaction. May ultimately be assigned direct responsibility over a small group of clients for hands on training purposes.

Primary Responsibilities-What Successful Implementation Specialists ‘Do’:
- Support Small Business end to end Client On-Boarding Life Cycle:
- Quote/Sold Review
- Onboard
- Maintain (Renewal)
- Manage client business workflow (Activities via Microsoft Dynamics AMP) and facilitate GSC interactions
- Support the client on-boarding and Client Service Life Cycle with oversight from experienced team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain and prioritize a task list on a regular basis as directed
- Provide support to GBS Small Business Account Management team by completing ad hoc administrative tasks as needed and directed
- Utilize Gallagher’s resources (Compliance), available tools (Microsoft Dynamics AMP, Quoting, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), established work products and knowledge (benefits, ACA fully insured, self-funding, ancillary, etc.) to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in client deliverables
- Support on-boarding resolution of service-related issues in partnership with experienced team members
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships within designated primary markets, clients and with vendor partners
- Participate in and adhere to GBS Peer Review policy
- Leverage team members to ensure the timely delivery of requests for clients, vendors and internal partners
- Develop strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrated through the ability to effectively facilitate on-boarding activities.
- Maintain up-to-date records in DMS
- Comply with Gallagher’s processes, BOSS standards and office initiatives
- Complete training and professional development to gain understanding of the insurance industry and GBS processes

- Understand and assist team with client on-boarding retention goals

- Partner with other team members, shared resources and vendor partners to address client requests and effectively resolve client issues
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree and 1 year minimum of client coordination and/or claims management experience.
Behaviors: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to quickly determine critical issues.
