As Netflix expands globally, we continue to seek the best and brightest talent to accelerate our growth. We are looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) professional to support international vendor billing and payment services. This newly created position is due to the company's continuous growth. He will be based in our Philippines office and will report to the Singapore Accounts Payable Manager. This position will interact with the AP team in our global office and will require a flexible employee for the role. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end billing operations with invoice processing, payment processing, AP month-ends and reconciliations. He or she will have a strong understanding of payroll and peer-to-peer (P2P) accounting, the ability to work with technical teams and build relationships between regions and - work efficiency, deep desire and passion for automation and process. maintenance and the ability to see the big picture while going into detail to contribute to team goals. Manage date queues and job quotas
SLA violation tickets, root cause analysis and mitigation plans
Regular coordination with APAC regional manager to ensure reasonable KPIs and SLAs
Custom update control and dialog
Manage employee leave, insurance and overtime. All regions listed here should be discussed with the APAC regional manager on a regular basis. First point of contact for questions, identification of gaps based on improvement and development of training plans based on identified gaps in collaboration with the appropriate Regional AP Manager.
Regular team meetings (ie "huddles"); One-on-one interviews with the Manila team and monthly or quarterly interactions with regional AP leaders.
Identify explosions and leaks raised by the group to report to local managers
Communicate any issues or concerns regarding the Manila team with the regional manager in a timely manner to assist the regional manager in managing and arranging for non-existent items.
