You will provide planning and scheduling support to both directors and their software engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multi-task while working in a new and changing environment. You are driven, hard working, maintain a strong organizational focus and unwavering attention to detail. You show good judgment, have good communication when you have and work.
The right to head
- 5+ years required in a corporate environment
- Expert calendar management to ensure daily events align with business priorities
- Written and efficient communication, communication with leaders and their members

Explanation
Multi-task, prioritize and complete a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines. Plan, coordinate and execute internal events such as external events, team building events and organizational meetings (all hands). Plan, organize and implement group travel between offices/homes. Be the point of contact for company members to resolve internal issues and guide non-members as needed. Organize domestic and international shipments (including product storage), merchandise and office equipment for teams, initiate purchase orders, and onboard new hires.
