As a Business Analyst, you will support Target's programmatic business team to help meet the needs of brand-name businesses in the Target Media Network. This position is focused on evaluating performance, developing optimal recommendations, and updating intervention plans. They will help manage day-to-day operations related to campaign planning and management. This important work will be linked to it

Understand the advertising needs of our media providers
Work closely with all teams including media analysts, promotions and product teams to ensure projects are coordinated to achieve sales goals.
Understand and analyze the campaign strategy and ensure that the campaign is targeted
Manage campaign budgets and allocate them effectively across media channels
Provide the best strategy across all campaign channels based on a single campaign
goals; channels may include T.com, display, mobile, video, social, and search; compare creative methods with audience optimization.
Monitor and analyze social media marketing strategies and provide recommendations for optimization strategies to help improve campaign performance and quality.
Align with campaign strategy to translate campaign performance metrics into future recommendations
Understand and analyze media reports on various media tools and servers (DFP, DCM, FB,
Worker, DBM, YieldEx, Pinterest). Advanced knowledge of DSPs are DBM, Appnexus, Mediamath, Liveramp, Tuebmogul, Brightroll, etc.
Have a solid understanding of DMP workflows and audience segmentation. Transform insights and optimization strategies into more cost-effective customer processes
About you
2-7 years of digital marketing experience focused on campaign performance, analytics, or campaign execution
Good understanding of the media environment; experience working in media networks
(click GDN/Tribal Fusion/OpenX/Profit); Familiarity with Ad Servers (Google Adsuite/Openx), Rich Media Providers (Pointroll/Sizmek/Doubleclick/Medialets), Social Media (FB/Twitter/Pinterest) RTB/programmatic buying experience a plus. (DBM / TTD / Mediamath / Appnexus / Mopub)
Must have a good understanding of modeling and modeling. Hands-on experience with one of the DMP platforms (Lotame/Neustar/Bluekai/Oracle/Adobe) would be an added advantage. Understand and analyze the campaign strategy and ensure that the campaign is targeted
