The Business Analyst will work closely with end users, UX designers, business department representatives, development developers/engineers, QA and others at all stages of the product life cycle, including research, design, development , testing and implementation.
This position will be responsible for creating detailed business requirements, process diagrams, user journeys, and other standard analysis materials as appropriate. WORK
Identifies and communicates requirements, risks and issues that may require changes to the plan or scope. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure that acceptance criteria are easily translated into test scripts.
Leads and participates in user acceptance/demonstration testing for verification of implementation requirements prior to deployment. Helps development teams translate business requirements into functional or non-functional specifications.
Ensure that the appropriate team is involved, obtain the information needed to capture and support requirements and other requirements, and manage changes and conflicts during the requirements collection process. Supports content in a clear, transparent and demonstrable manner.
Possess product knowledge and process improvement skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver solutions. Identifies, builds and manages relationships with stakeholders (i.e. business partners, employees, suppliers, customers, project team members and executives).
Analyzes project complexity, assumptions, constraints and background to determine appropriate business analysis methods. Leads requirements collection and project scope.
Manages product improvement requests and recommends/provides feedback to the development team for implementation of improvements. Support the business after you create and/or help create new processes and procedures.
Identifies and solves problems, often anticipating problems before they arise or develop; develops and evaluates options and implements solutions. Identifies opportunities for streamlining and increasing efficiency through continuous process improvement.
