The working group is part of the strategic planning and customer experience analysis that provides analytical support for airport operations. Our team works directly with operations management and various other departments to ensure the airport has the passenger and crew services necessary to meet our financial and operational goals. The Workforce Operations Analyst role is highly analytical and requires full attention and management oversight.

Develop and manage staffing models to assess staffing needs and work closely with airport management to ensure appropriate staffing levels are achieved to meet financial and operational goals. Identify, analyze and recommend solutions to airport staff problems and develop strategies to improve staff performance
Communicate with airport management to ensure full understanding of expected expenses
Review and evaluate the budget process to adjust the budget and model to meet the needs of the airport
Work closely with airport management to provide support and monitor changes in employee behavior and procedures
Performs ad hoc and research work as required

Minimum Qualifications - Education and previous work experience
Advanced university degree in aviation, mathematics, statistics, finance, engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience/education
3+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Groundstar Planner is a plus
Experience with Oracle Hyperion
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Candidate Qualifications - Education and Previous Work Experience
Advanced Excel presentation skills
Good knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Essbase and LaborApp
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines and shift priorities appropriately, in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with full attention span.
Quantitative and analytical professional with strong problem solving skills
Strong written and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels of the organization
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to make decisions and make personal decisions when meeting professional responsibilities
