Customer Insights, Measurement and Analysis (CIMA) is part of the Global Marketing & Sales organization within Disney Parks Experiences & Products (DPEP). CIMA influences decisions through integrated, objective and actionable information. Within CIMA, the Digital & Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) group provides analysis and the most advanced models used by guests/customers for holiday research, planning, business and management to enable decision making and optimization.
Senior Omnichannel Analyst
Customer Insights, Measurement and Analysis (CIMA) is part of the Global Marketing & Sales organization within Disney Parks Experiences & Products (DPEP). CIMA influences decisions through integrated, objective and actionable information. Within CIMA, the Digital & Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team provides analysis and the most advanced models used by guests/customers for holiday research, planning, business and management to enable decision making and optimization. The Senior Omnichannel Analyst is the data point within the DTOA team. They will conduct independent research projects from concept to completion, to answer complex business questions spanning the digital environment and contact center, develop insights and drive business impact. To be successful in this role, the Lead Omnichannel Analyst must have a passion for creative problem solving and generating insights. They will have the opportunity to work with large datasets, cloud data environment, data science tools that become a subject matter and data sources and processes used to support Walt Disney World business. To be successful in this role, the Lead Omnichannel Analyst must have the ability to define and understand the objectives of complex business issues, and the skills to use large and diverse data sources to produce meaningful and actionable analysis that answers these questions. They will also support partners and clients with data structures, queries, and processes to enable efficient and consistent reporting and analysis across the organization. The position reports to the director, Digital & Travel Operations Analytics, and there is no news.

Analyze and enter data to find opportunities and times
Data assurance and procedures to ensure accuracy
Make ad hoc requests that happen quickly as needed
Gain a better and more sophisticated analytical understanding
Submit and present recommendations to "tell a story" using data
Make business plans based on data results
Data planning
Work with business partners to identify needs and requirements
Develop effective and value-added research questions/tables for ongoing research and social media

Learn new datasets from different industries, to develop skills in processing these data
