International Operational Excellence (IOE) is a newly expanded organization that is responsible for supporting our international supply and acquisition businesses in over 27 countries and ensuring that they have a strong first line security system. International OE plays an active role in helping companies achieve their growth goals and demonstrates an effective management system. Our organization helps our international businesses manage risks, respond to new regulations and develop new products while creating and maintaining good relationships among the many stakeholders in the organization.
This exciting research position will be responsible for supporting the AEESA (American Express Europe, S.A.) Operational Excellence team in several management and risk management areas to achieve its business objectives, and ensure that these are executed by good inside and out. management and compliance expectations.
This project will focus on achieving the following goals:
Ensure that major operational risk programs (NPA, TLM, RCM, and others) are properly supported by providing support and guidance to regional business managers on how to navigate these programs.
Support the team by conducting research and monitoring of the main RIC (risks, issues and changes) and ensuring that they interact effectively with the various governance committees of the statutory bodies of AEESA. Effective monitoring of operational risk management metrics (to anticipate metric failures) and provide analysis of metrics and associated action plans.
Members support the approval and organization of presentations, branch governance committees, BURs (Business Review), IAG audits, among others. Thoroughly analyze the areas of opportunity to increase the efficiency of the OE team that will lead to (i) improving the existing processes and / or (ii) eliminating unnecessary additional activities.
