Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
Enables the Private Access team to deliver the ultimate guest experience. Proactively identifies high valued guests across various property management systems. Uses existing guest data to help Private Access team make better decisions.
Responsibilities:
Enrollment & Identification:
- Leading bi-annual members enrollment efforts.
- Dynamically inviting new members as per qualification criteria.
- Continuously seeking ways to identify high profile and high-value guests.
Collateral & Program Awareness:
- Maintaining Private Access portal.
- Printing collateral for all new members.
Data Collection & Management
- Gathering, cleaning, and analyzing guest data such as revenue, preferences, or past behavior.
- Drafting and executing use cases for AI driven solutions focusing on improving guest identification and enhancing their dossiers.
- Maintaining immaculate guest dossiers in Empower.
- Ensuring all Private Access guests are coded in the source systems, profiles merged or appropriately associated.
- Partnering with Business intelligence and CRM teams to continuously improve Private Access membership data and processes.
- Helping maintain data security and compliance with the Wynn guest data protection policy.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Gathering, cleaning, and analyzing guest data such as revenue, preferences, or past behavior.
- Interpreting findings and assisting in business decision making process.
- Visualizing data to find patterns and creating customized reports to share insights.
- Partnering with Business intelligence and CRM teams to continuously improve Private Access membership data and processes.
- Reporting on collective & individual performance as required.
- Maintaining Private Access Scorecard and all supporting reports.
- Initiating, developing, and maintaining all Private Access Tableau reports and dashboards.
- Initiating, developing, and maintaining all Private Access Empower reports and dashboards.

Hands-on knowledge of database tools such as Excel and SQL. Ability to quickly master new data analysis platforms that provide solutions for machine learning. Beginner knowledge of coding languages. Strong collaboration. Desire to cross borders beyond departmental silos. Proven self-management and project management skills. Ability to monitor and control program and membership budgets and performance. Strong and cross-functional property management system knowledge. Curious and highly detailed oriented. Result driven.

Qualifications
A college education is required. Minimum of 5 years of hospitality experience. Extensive knowledge of Property Management systems such as Salesforce, Patron, Opera, HotSoS, Alice, Seven Rooms, and MS Office. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
