Full job description
Title: Application Production Support
High level JD:
- 6+ years of experience in Application Production Support in Linux platform.
- Strong Technical Troubleshooting skill
- Good experience in scripting – Shell, Automations
- Well versed with ITIL - Incident Change Release management
- Basic knowledge of Middleware technologies - Apache Tomcat
- Good experience on application monitoring tool like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Premetheus.
- Good experience in AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism.
- Good experience in DevOps CI CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, uDeploy etc
- Knowledge of Banking domain (preferable)
- Handle outage calls efficiently, triage any issues, and fix them.
- Do Root Cause Analysis of repetitive and problem issues.
- Report issues and resolve as per process and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of Database - Oracle SQL
- Good understanding of Infrastructure Technologies like Linux, Windows, MW, Database
- Good to have knowledge of AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism.
- Good to have DevOps SRE, Automation, cloud knowledge.

Pay: $47,281.20 - $120,940.80 per year
