• Determining how to present concept visually • Able to create concepts for immersive experience including AR / VR / XR • Developing overall style and communicating to team • Reviewing and approving designs • Working with artists to best determine how to represent their vision • Good knowledge on composition Additional Responsibilities: • Managing and supervising designers • Communicating with clients to develop an artistic approach/style • Creating layouts and designs for print publication and News letter • Preparing budgets and schedules for gallery shows and presentations • Photography / Videography basic principles and knowledge
• Functional Knowledge – Proficient in experience design methodologies • Technology – Sound understanding of frontend technologies • Tools and Techniques – Strong knowledge of latest design tools such as Adobe Photoshop / Maya / Substance and relevant applications related to compositions • High-impact Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to assess requirements and articulate solution • Analytical Ability – Ability to break down the problem and think about solutions clearly • Customer Orientation – Understanding of customer needs
