Main Functions:
Facilities Manager - AO Ramp Services is responsible for the day-to-day operational management and supervision of Ramp services for the Hub Station, including but not limited to safety, operations, customer service, staffing and development and maintenance thereof . Culture Core4. In some cases, Assistant Managers will be responsible for both the Ramp Services business and employees as “Product Managers” in certain areas of the service.
They will also be responsible for leading the execution of operational plans that support station and company goals and objectives through process management and improvement. Assistants will be responsible for developing and maintaining administrative practices related to operational support, security, finance and personnel, which may include assigned budget functions. In addition, assistant managers may be assigned to work and will lead the work through the four areas of project management; think, design, build and work. They will directly lead and manage a team of supervisors and be responsible for performance management, leadership development and growth of assigned supervisors.
Station Performance - supports the achievement of station performance objectives, targets and metrics
· Employee relations and employee development - promoting positive employee relations and work relationships through continuous engagement and effective communication.
Airport financial performance - supporting the achievement of cost and revenue through staff management, the implementation of baggage allowance and the reduction of fuel burning on the airport floor.
· Station safety and security - day-to-day management of the station's safety and security program with the aim of achieving the highest level of compliance with safety and security standards and safety standards and good security performance against the station's objectives.
