Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing programs for smooth tenant transitions.
- Coordinate maintenance with the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Conduct detailed home and property inspections.
- Collaborate with vendors and oversee quality control.
- Handle government agency interactions and inspections.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of property management experience.
- Proficiency in AppFolio Property Management Software.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
- High School diploma required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ADP, and AppFolio database software.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
