Customer Insights, Measurement and Analysis (CIMA) is part of the Global Marketing & Sales organization within Disney Parks Experiences & Products (DPEP). CIMA influences decisions through integrated, objective and actionable information. Within CIMA, the Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team conducts best-in-class analytics to capture data, analyze and optimize digital channels and our contacts to improve customer satisfaction and business results.
The Associate Digital Analyst will provide analytical support for Disney Signature Experiences websites and mobile applications. They will create and maintain reports, conduct planning and ad-hoc analysis, and provide decision-making insights for partners across the organization, including marketing strategy, technology, product management, and pricing.
To be successful in this role, the Digital Research Associate must have a passion for digital research and technology, be comfortable working with multiple partners, and have effective communication skills. The situation reports to the manager, Digital Analytics and there is no report.
What to do:
· Create compelling, effective and impactful stories and presentations
Support business partners with ad-hoc reporting and in-depth analysis
Look for additional data on your own to complete the analysis and support hypotheses
Conduct thorough research and identify opportunities, issues or improvement measures
Identify opportunities to improve data collection and tracking to implement change
Collaborate with business, technology and research partners to identify data needs, define data collection requirements, and deliver and manage digital analytics accuracy.
Define and implement assurance procedures to ensure the accuracy of test results
What you will need:
Experience in business analysis is recommended with business partners
Curiosity to understand the causes of data, performance and results
The ability to gain actionable insights from data and effectively influence decision makers
Ability to provide clear communication (verbal, written and visual)
Ability to maintain and develop relationships with peers, partners and clients
· Time management and leadership skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to excel in training where tools, technology and skills are constantly changing
Experience using Adobe Analytics or similar analytics tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
