Recently, we introduced a new ad support plan, offering affordable prices for customers. We are forming a team that will support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for this exciting new initiative. We are looking for an enthusiastic, curious and enthusiastic leader to join the media planning and financial research team. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow quickly in this space, and work together in a highly cross-functional and global team. The successful candidate should be a self-starter with exceptional research, financial planning and communication skills. We are looking for someone who can bring both financial planning experience and strategic thinking. This role requires comfort working in a complex, problem-solving environment in a collaborative environment and the ability to manage complex processes with multiple stakeholders.

Duties will include:
Prepares and provides long-term and short-term financial forecasts, budgeting and personnel planning
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to provide insight, facilitate business discussions, position planning, opportunity measurement, etc. Create insightful presentations to summarize research and support decisions
Remodel and develop automation in collaboration with the Data Science team
Access to our financial forecasts and concepts in key systems, such as Anaplan, Workday, Essbase, Tableau
Creation, organization and automation of management reports and dashboards, reports and forms
Build strong relationships with the broader team (marketing and operations, data science, accounting, acquisition/HR, etc.) and be able to effectively communicate tracking/financial impact.
Integrate with advertising strategy, strategy and peer review to model and adjust the financial impact of product, strategy and pricing changes.
What we are looking for:
Over 5 years of experience in a dynamic and highly analytical environment. Previous experience in FP&A advertising, management consulting, strategic finance and technology or high-profile startups is preferred.
Experience building and improving financial reporting systems, with significant flexibility and flexibility required
Strong marketing skills and good working with large datasets in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau and other data visualization tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build successful relationships with partners at all levels
