As a Sourcing Associate Manager, you will work closely with the team working to deliver unique branded products to our customers. You will assist in optimizing acquisition processes that align with key business objectives and the critical needs of relevant brands. You will use data and analytics to help Target achieve value in our financial strategy. You will help manage a supplier matrix and local manufacturing strategy that improves efficiency, increases profitability, accelerates time to market and meets sustainability commitments.

Data analysis
Integrate data from different sources and departments
Report summaries at departmental and divisional levels
Review information to ensure data is complete and accurate
Develop metrics to report on departmental and divisional KPIs
Production planning and management
Provide flexibility by managing advance/cancellation/modification/negotiation of products in response to customer needs, promoting speed and flexibility.
Partner with Sourcing, Inventory and Global Supply Planning to meet annual commitments and contingency plans.
Work with the Procurement Manager and Project Manager on scheduling changes and scheduling groups for the supplier
Find out about possible solutions for inventory costs
Update supplier matrix by analyzing capacity, lead time and flexibility and provide consistent feedback for SPA (supplier performance assessment)
Policy & Discussion
Analyze cost resources and global commodity markets to provide data and support of negotiations
Conduct cost analysis by team to understand costs and advise on CFT
