CAFM Analysts invest in the future of Southwest by supporting Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS). This service oversees and provides configuration support for database integration between Applications and IWMS applications. They maintain Revit As-Built records through the capital's closing process and use their knowledge of technical standards for building records and structural drawings. The CAFM Associate Facilities Analyst has a strategic mindset and is eager to join a growing team supporting strategic planning, growth and development in the Southwest.
