Full Job Description:
The Warehouse Associate, Home Depot Installation Services (HDIS) is responsible for the safe loading and unloading of goods from trucks and moving equipment by moving, lifting and safe operation of hand trucks, forklifts or other accessories. The Warehouse Associate ensures that work is planned and pulled prior to installation. A warehouse manager can call service providers and carriers to arrange pickup and delivery.

50% - Loads and unloads products and moves items in the warehouse
25% - Ensure site and warehouse security and compliance standards, cleanliness and organization
25% - Help complete open tasks on time

Usually occurs in a healthy environment but is often exposed to substances that cause physical discomfort such as dust, dirt or odors. Journey:
Usually requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Education Requirements:
Knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually obtained by completing a high school diploma and/or GED. Years of relevant work experience: 1+ years
Physical Requirements:
Require long periods of continuous physical activity, such as walking, standing, squatting, climbing, lifting or equipment, some of which may be heavy and it is not good.
