Full Job Description:
The Associate Product Integrity Analyst will support product compliance communications services for global vertical businesses and specific programs for Walt Disney Parks and Parks. We are looking for entry level candidates with good judgment and decision making skills and excellent communication skills. This role will be under the supervision and direction of the general manager. Knowledge of the legal requirements of different countries is a plus. Product development support: 45%
• Learn and communicate the requirements of the global PI FBM team, and train NA engineers and analysts
• Communicates with labs and vendors to ensure that testing requirements are clear and appropriate testing is performed
Talk to vendors and suppliers with any questions they may have.
Business relationship: 55%
• Create and maintain effective working relationships with Disney's assigned partners worldwide, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of quality products.
• Act as a technical service and safety advisor to Disney Sourcing, Brand Merchandising, Central Creative and suppliers regarding legal, regulatory and Disney product safety issues appropriate for specific merchandise types.
• Collaborate with the Customer Relations team to review and resolve customer complaints regarding products in the assigned category.
Experience
Successful candidates will have between 0 and 2 years of experience in customer product recognition, with a focus on communications.
Critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate those skills
Good written and communication skills; A wonderful show on the skills of the team
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook
Education
Bachelor's degree in science, business, communications or technology or relevant work experience.
