As an Associate Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing and selling insurance related products and services. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in controlling their income and schedule, who wants to grow a business for themselves but not by themselves. Base pay of $3,000/month with opportunities for $1,000 per client bonuses!

Responsibilities
- Prospecting and build relationships with potential clients and referral partners
- Find insurance solutions specific to clients/prospects needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements:
- You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and persuade clients
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is preferred
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
