What You Will Get To Do:
- Perform activities in support of business process improvements, risk reduction or cost savings initiatives, best practice identification, etc.
- Identify efficiencies and value-added solutions that could affect multiple lines of business and departments; analyzes possibilities, capabilities, and constraints; and recommend alternative business solutions.
- Provide daily and ad hoc customer support and develops documentation.
- Responsible for the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for metrics.
- Accept escalated issues and work on problems of a moderate scope; analyzes root cause, understand the impact and scope of the problem(s), and apply judgment within defined practices to determine the appropriate action.
- Participate in the initiation, requirements, design, testing, fund setup/conversion, and post-implementation support phases of a projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 1 years of work-related experience, or 2 years equivalent work-related experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an industry-related project management and/or customer relationship management role
- 1 year experience in support role working with digital solutions is preferred
- Post-secondary education preferred
