Job Overview
Bajo las instrucciones del Supervisor o persona designada realiza operaciones manuales de altas destrezas, opera máquinas automatizadas y/o manuales cuyos procesos fabrican y/o ensamblan piezas o componentes plásticos y/o de metal. Realiza operaciones donde se le requiere una o todas de las siguientes actividades: vigilar, posicionar, ensamblar, limpiar, contar, y/o empacar, piezas y/o componentes generados en las máquinas y/o proceso bajo su responsabilidad.
A Day In The Life
- Responsable por correctamente cumplimentar y registrar la información de su asistencia, producción diaria, material, piezas, producto desechado (“scrap”), data estadística para gráficas de control, tableros hora por hora, tableros SQDC, según aplique y otros según le sea requerido.
- Se asegura de cumplir y llevar a cabo lo establecido en las Políticas, Procedimientos, Manual y Reglas de Seguridad Ocupacional, Calidad, Ambiental, Seguridad de Planta Física, Finanzas, y otras.
- Realiza otras tareas relacionadas dentro del área de trabajo, según instrucciones del Supervisor o persona designada.
- Opera una variedad de máquinas automática y equipos auxiliares.
- Realiza inspecciones de piezas plásticas moldeadas según los procedimientos.
- Inspeccionará, contará o pesará, identificará y reportará toda la producción generada en las máquinas asignadas.
What will help you thrive in this role?
- Cuarto año de Escuela Superior.
- Saber leer, escribir y seguir instrucciones en ambos idiomas (Inglés/Español).
- Experiencia en el uso de instrumentos de medición, tales como: “calipers”, “pin gages”, etc.
- Experiencia y conocimiento en la comprensión de planos.
- Conocimiento y experiencia de trabajo con aplicaciones de técnicas estadísticas para el control de proceso (SPC), preferible.
