Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Manager (LO) for the Banking Division as part of its Personal and Small Business Banking division.
In this role, you will:
Lead and oversee the risk and performance of the client's services to deliver exceptional customer service and user experience, and ensure the timely completion, quality and compliance of the client's services.
Provide feedback and present ideas to improve customer service and user experience, as well as related performance management techniques and tools
Work with customer support
Provide good customer service, communicate with customers and build relationships with them
Manage the date and function of the counter line
Make decisions and solve problems related to the day-to-day operations of the finance line, under the guidance of the regional bank management.
Submit an explanation of the standards, rules and procedures required, as well as the review and improvement process
Assists customers and staff in resolving or escalating issues or complaints
Communicate and negotiate with branch staff, colleagues and middle-level managers
Communicate directly with customers
Coach, motivate and develop a diverse team of direct reports to achieve their full potential and achieve established business goals
Manage the allocation of human and financial resources for branch operations
Train and direct talent development of direct reports and assist in recruiting talent
