The Associate Manager of the Contract Operations and Customer Pricing team is a critical role, reporting into the Sr Director of Contract Operations and Customer Pricing within the Global Market Access Organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a subject matter expert to oversee the operational processes for chargebacks, membership and overseeing a team of three, all while looking for ways to innovate and collaborate cross functionally to help get results.

A typical day might include the following:
Attend outside meetings or events to stay current on all appropriate changes within the market landscape.
Monitoring and support over the day to day activities for REGNs GPO operations.
Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all GPO rebate claims.
Lead data validation activities, administration of rebate operations, provide accurate and compliant processing of payments of GPO rebates to our customers, and ensure that payments adhere to all applicable requirements.
Accountable for ensuring all rebate invoices are received, logged, and validated in an appropriate manner.
Work with GPOs and SDs to resolve any potential data discrepancies.
Work closely OADs to support GPO activities.
Works closely with Insights & Analytics and Commercial IT to build the infrastructure and tools to support rebate dashboards and analytical models.
Demonstrated leadership and vendor management for our Eylea Physician Discount Program and our GPO strategy.
Lead and manage a team of Trade Contract Analysts, who will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the GPO programs within Regeneron, as well as contract and pricing alignment.
Lead onboarding of new analysts and manage their performance ensuring robust actionable development plans.

To be considered, we are looking for a bachelors degree and 6 years of experience. We also expect you to be onsite in our Sleepy Hallow office a few days a week.
