Introduction
The Associate Project Manager/Project Manager is responsible for executing customized market research projects for the corporate clients. The profile requires the candidates to work with his/her senior team members on key milestones of the project. .
Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle project execution, including but not limited.
- Project kick-off meetings with internal teams and clients to understand project deliverables and timelines
- Set functional timelines to meet overall project timeline and manage deliverables to that schedule
- Review questionnaires and ask for clarifications from client in order to program the survey in Toluna Start
- Coordinates with internal teams (Sales, Research, Sampling, Survey Programming, Data Processing, Support and Quality Assurance) for custom jobs
- Provide recommendations to the client on survey flow/design
- Ensure the survey is tested for survey flow, programming logic and quota capture
- Reviews survey links for quality and accuracy to obtain client approval
- Ensure quality checks are set up in the survey
- Continually monitors projects progress, troubleshooting issues and identifying and implementing realistic and cost effective solutions
- Maintain and uploads project document file
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with the client, colleagues and cross functional peers during the entire project process. Reports regularly to the client on their deliverables in order to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
Required skill set:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proactive, multitasking, hands on approach with a 'can do' attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Open to working in night shifts
- Knowledge of market research methodologies is a plus
- Utilize superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Any Graduate with 2+ years customer service experience
