Fabletics is looking for an Associate Social Media Content Producer.

How Do You Fit In?
The Fabletics Associate Social Media Content Producer plays a pivotal role in creating engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms. This individual collaborates closely with the social media team to develop content strategies and produce content geared towards engagement and community building, specifically for the Fabletics Mens and Scrubs audiences.

The ideal candidate possesses a creative flair, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of social media trends and platforms.

This role reports to the Director, Social Media.

What You Will Do:

• Develop innovative and creative content ideas for social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Produce high-quality visual content, focusing on short form video content that is geared towards engagement and community.
• Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and tone to build strong brand identity on social media.
• Collaborate with the social media team to develop content in alignment with brand calendar and social moments.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor content performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices and pitch these ideas back to the social media team.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences.
• Use insights to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, partnerships, product design, and content creators.

What You Can Bring:

• Strong understanding of current and emerging social media platforms and trends
• Knowledge of sports and pop culture spaces
• A passion for athletic apparel, fitness, and self-improvement
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work within strict deadlines and under high-pressure situations.
• 1+ years creating content for a brand or personal account.
• 1+ years of Canva or Adobe experience
• Experience with social platforms and features and publishing and reporting tools (including but not limited to Dash Hudson, Curalate, Sprinklr, Iconosquare, Google Analytics and native platform schedulers)

The annual base salary range for this position is from $66,560 to $70,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
