Workers Compensation Attorney Responsibilities:
- Case evaluation
- File pleadings
- Prepare for and attend hearings/depositions
- Correspond with all parties
- Legal research
- Develop case strategy
- Draft briefs and pleadings
- Negotiate settlements
Workers Compensation Attorney Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Currently admitted to a State Bar or pending Bar results
- Graduation in the top 30% of class
- Participation in either Moot Court or Law Review
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

PayScale:
· $100,000-$150,000 per year, except.
