Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a privately held company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is seeking a qualified individual to fill a benefit representative position within our benefits department. THE
position includes a comprehensive knowledge of the profit sector from top to bottom. This is the perfect time,

Services include:
Organize health, life, LTD and variable expense benefits
Status changes and special enrollment events for benefits
Assist in the design and review of the online registration process
Create and organize weekly budget reports and spend analysis
Assist and answer life insurance and LTD questions
Arrange and pay life insurance and LTD fees
Process and respond to qualified health orders such as child support
Join a 401(k) enrollment in a Non-Qualified Contribution Plan (NQDC)
Manages 401(k), NQDC and IRA deposits
Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of health plans
Resolves problems with users and third-party administrators
Understand and explain plan documents
Share a new bonus package
Saturday work will be necessary at times
Job Description - Requirements
2-3 years of benefits administration experience in Health, Dental, Life Insurance, LTD, Flex and COBRA
Knowledge of 401(k), ERISA, HIPAA and health care reform laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with HRIS value systems (preferably SAP)
High level of attention to detail
Strong communication and organizational skills
