Summary of Jobs and Careers
The Technical Business Analyst role will work within the Customer Service IT team to support and manage the systems used by our customers. The analyst will seek opportunities to improve customer user experience and productivity by supporting application development. This position will work closely with the application team and business owners to support planning, application development and application release management. Works to drive high performance and capture business needs through communication with business partners
Clearly articulates and documents business requirements
Converts business requirements into operational requirements by applying structured processes (gathering, analysis, documentation and change management)
Leads requirements analysis to determine system capabilities and defines impact on business units and other systems while providing input to development efforts
Maintains job requirements as per management plan requirements
Partners with the business to identify appropriate data sources and analytical methods to meet business needs
Support the delivery of applications and solutions by participating in design reviews and audits to articulate requirements and validate proposed solutions
Review product design documents to ensure requirements are accurate, unambiguous and acceptable
Assist in developing user cases/reports to ensure all functional requirements are collected
Conducts impact assessments and supports application testing, implementation and training programs during this process
Work with external vendors to provide solutions
Identifies any potential obstacles in the project and quickly collaborates with the project team
Collects, organizes and analyzes data from various data sources

Wanted
Bachelor's degree with specialization in computer science or related field
3 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst
Data analysis
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills at multiple levels
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
Ability to collect data and create reports representing status and results
Ability to set priorities, manage uncertainty and deliver measurable results in an agile and agile environment.
