Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure that deadlines and deliverables are met by managing several projects at once.

· Work together with stakeholders to collect and evaluate project needs.

· Provide technical specifications for development teams based on business requirements.

· Collaborate closely with developers to guarantee that requirements are implemented accurately.

· To ensure that solutions satisfy corporate needs, carry out extensive testing and quality assurance.

· After solutions are put into place, give them continuing assistance and upkeep.

· Initiate communication channels between technical teams and business stakeholders.

· Look for ways to optimize and improve processes constantly.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

· 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

· Knowledge of project management tools and software.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
