Woodmeister Master Builders (WMB) is hiring a new Business Development and Brand Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for executing WMB’s marketing strategy to drive new customer acquisition, sales enablement, and brand awareness growth. This new role will partner with the Business Development and Marketing teams to contribute to existing marketing programs while also assisting with development and implementation of new business development initiatives aligned with company and client goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media.
The Business Development and Brand Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Core Job Responsibilities Include :
- Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy
- Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success
- Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
- Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials database, trackers, global contact directory, and intranets
Other Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collateral and Sales Enablement
- Ensuring that all brand marketing collateral is accurate, appropriate and consistent with WMB’s brand look, feel and “DNA”, and that coordinated materials are distributed both externally (when promoting the company or responding to prospective client requests) as well as internally (to be sure collateral is available to team and consistent brand messaging is presented at all times)
- Oversees the maintenance of current and development of new brand marketing collateral, content strategy, and corporate communications including:
- Website updates
- Project photography
- Digital marketing channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest
- E-blast campaigns including the new quarterly newsletter
- Client/customer testimonial collection
- Holiday card and gifting initiatives
- Mailings
- Award submissions
- Other various marketing efforts to be confirmed and determined on an annual basis depending upon need and budget
- Manage and support the company’s response to meeting requests, interviews, RFP’s and other prospective opportunities with the preparation of documents/presentations (i.e., ‘Staircase Capabilities’ and ‘Modern Work’ presentations)
- Oversee development of project photography, and Photographer to confirm permission and associated details
- May also assist with “inward-facing”/internal marketing initiatives/presentations, such as for the quarterly and annual Company Meetings, HR announcements, company communications, etc.
Event Planning and Management
- Manage, in collaboration with the Director, Client Development, development of industry event targets, strategic client invites, organize client dinners at key industry events
- Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
- Manage and oversee Woodmeister planned and/or hosted, client entertaining and industry events, oversee run of show for these events, develop the communication cadence with target clients.
Market Research
- Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data
- Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
- Serve as Hubspot super user and protect CRM data integrity for KPI tracking
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of above.
- Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools; Hubspot experience preferred
- Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
- Requires strong presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills, as well as a team-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills, across all levels of the organization.
