We are a growing fundraising and management firm located in the Denver area. We are looking for an individual that has a passion for business, leadership development, and has an enterprising mindset. In the Entry Level Business Development Associate role, you will be trained by our top Senior Business Development Managers to demonstrate excellent customer service by being the initial contact point between our clients and potential donors. You will also help our fundraising team continue to increase donations by monitoring the campaigns and managing different events while properly working the territories in order to capitalize on client and customer needs.
Entry Level Business Development Associate Responsibilities:
- Interact directly with prospective customers and engage with them to drive awareness and revenue generation for our clients
- Work alongside other team members to most effectively achieve projected fundraising goals
- Attend daily meetings to stay up to date on all of our non-profit partners community outreach goals
- Communicate directly with our charity partners and their potential donors
- Follow all client guidelines and regulations while interacting with customers to ensure a positive and engaging experience
- Attend and participate in virtual networking calls to expand client relationships and long term knowledge
- Learn new strategies pertaining to service promotions, maintain the goals of the office, and work closely in a team environment
Entry Level Business Development Associate Qualifications:
- Must have excellent communication skills in order to successfully work directly with our teams and our customers
- Be solution oriented while working supervised as well as independently
- Excellent organization skills that will allow you to manage a small team and different customer accounts at once
- Entrepreneurial attitude with an dependable work ethic that is reliable to challenge themselves and push others to be successful
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
