We are seeking a results driven Business Development Representative. We have an immediate need for an experienced Top-Tier BDC Rep (Appt setter) to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Drive traffic to store by setting appointments through internet leads, inbound phone calls, previous customers and follow up.
- Expect to utilize CRM daily and log incoming traffic and performance.
- Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
- Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection.
- Help with delivering customers vehicles after sales and onboarding.
Qualifications/Expectations:
- Minimum of 100 phone calls, 100 emails, and 100 texts daily.
- Knowledge of various CRM platforms is a plus!
- Answering customer calls daily.
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Must thrive under pressure.
- Self-Motivated, Go Getter attitude!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
