Delaware Sportservice is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $49500 - $66800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities

• Conduct consistent and robust analysis to identify key insights from transactional level sales data sourced from point-of-sale systems and other sources
• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Tableau to communicate key performance indicators for internal and external reporting purposes
• Seek out and understand the core client and guest needs and assist in creating action plans to respond strategically to these opportunities
• Work with the enterprise data teams to execute analytics projects that support all revenue-generating efforts including pricing and price optimization processes and strategies
• Assist in the creation and rollout of value-added programs, platforms, initiatives, and processes to enhance and build client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or related field; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or a similar function, working in a high volume, fast-paced environment; preferably in the hospitality or sports industry
• Proficiency in analytics and predictive tools such Advanced Excel and R, data warehousing tools such as SQL
• Experience with statistical modeling or predictive analytics experience
• Proven business experience in the industry with broad experience in domestic and, business intelligence and marketing technology, revenue.
• Experience in setting sales strategic direction and annual and long-term planning to achieve business result
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
