Job Description
The Business Services Representative is responsible for meeting the business service needs of resort guests and visitors.
- Participating in the overall operations of the Business Services Center and Package Room
- Maintaining service standards in accordance with the 5 Star/5 Diamond rating guidelines
Qualifications
Prior experience in retail sales- Knowledge of shipping processes
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a large Resort/Convention hotel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of computer technology, software, word processing, fax and copy machines, manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Ability to work in a high paced environment while maintaining service standards in accordance with the 5 Star/5 Diamond rating guidelines
- 21 years of age or older
