Business Support Specialist

Hybrid location (office/remote)
Federated Hermes, Inc., a global leader in active, responsible investing, is seeking a Senior/Business Support Specialist to join our Product and Marketing department.
Leverage your proficiency with industry analytical tools such as Morningstar, Lipper, eVestment, Broadridge and Orion, to highlight key industry trends, product specific selling opportunities and analysis of the competitive landscape in support of Federated Hermes’ global distribution teams.
What you can expect:
- Support Sales, Marketing and Product Management with compelling performance comparisons and trend analyses of Federated Hermes suite of products versus competitors.
- Collaborate with Product Management & Marketing to identify new and cogent sales ideas and communicate them along with product trends in the industry to enhance selling opportunities of Federated Hermes investment solutions.
- Support department efforts and client-facing deliverables by utilizing various systems to extract data and help prepare information as requested.
- Support Senior management in the creation and automation of various reoccurring reports assessing product performance and industry data.
What we are looking for:
- High School Diploma with related experience required; Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Marketing preferred.
- 1+ year of related experience preferred.
- Basic understanding or interest investment products/mutual funds and the investment management industry
- Familiarity with analytical tools including Excel and Python as well as third-party financial databases including Morningstar, eVestment, Bloomberg, etc. preferred.
