Duties:
- Take care of the excessive extent of telephone calls, which can be referred to as distinct functions, from our visitor
- Provide one-prevent wonderful guest services directly
- Perform motel name middle structures and applications in an accurate and green way
Basic Qualifications:
- Capacity to talk fluent Cantonese, English, and Putonghua (Nonchinese language-speaking candidates are welcome!)
- Capacity to reflect an expert photograph at the same time as keeping visitor privacy
- Capacity to carry out in a quick-paced and sometimes annoying working environment
- Excellent crew participant, self-initiative and sturdy feel of duty
- Complete-Time availability is needed. This role is complete-Time and requires complete availability for any shift, along with in a single-day shifts
Desired qualifications:
- Ideally with previous work enjoy in motels, client offerings, or the tourism industry
- Preferably with tertiary training qualification from hotel, Hospitality or Tourism control publications
- Preferably with pc capabilities and expertise in Microsoft workplace packages (word, Excel, PowerPoint) and chinese word processing
