Responsibilities:
- Handle excessive extent of cellphone calls, which may be called for unique purposes, from our guest
- Provide one-prevent awesome guest offerings directly
- Perform lodge call center systems and packages in an accurate and efficient manner
Basic Qualifications:
- Capability to speak fluent Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
- Capability to reflect a professional photo while retaining visitor privateness
- Capability to carry out in a quick-paced and every so often annoying working surroundings
- Good team player, self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility
- Complete-Time availability is needed. This position is complete-Time and calls for full availability for any shift, consisting of overnight shifts
Favored qualifications:
- Preferably with preceding work experience in lodge, client offerings, or tourism industry
- Preferably with tertiary education qualification from lodge, Hospitality or Tourism control courses
- Ideally with pc talents and know-how in Microsoft office applications (word, Excel, PowerPoint) and chinese language phrase processing
