Your training (duration: 6 months) will take place in one of our teams within our business operations. Specific placement in a group will depend on your combination of interests, skills and experience and may include:

Develop and strengthen relationships with internal and external partners and suppliers
Test new ideas and evaluate processes
Research groups and suppliers to build options
Identify opportunities to protect profits in new divisions
Use creative strategies and data to communicate effectively
Develop strategies for strategic priorities and guide implementation
Use web analytics tools to monitor and improve performance
Eligibility:
Fluency in English and German (minimum C1 level) written and spoken
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with a desire to improve processes
Strong communication and team skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Mastery of Excel (prior experience with SQL would be a plus)
Enthusiastic, with proven ability to rise quickly
