We are looking for highly motivated, passionate and driven people to join our entertainment furniture management team. This team manager will be responsible for growing Wayfair's North American business, which includes TV stands and entertainment centers, coffee and wine tables, and end tables. As part of department management, this person will serve as an external and internal representative for the product range we manage, be involved in providing training to suppliers on how to grow their business on our site , and to provide internal partners with strategies to win on our site. online hospitality space. We serve as representatives for the brands we manage. What to do:
Develop, refine and execute entertainment property brand strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
Build strong relationships with existing vendors and negotiate for the best pricing and support
Analyze data to plan profit growth opportunities for the team and for vendor partners
Catalog expansion will continue by identifying selection gaps, prioritizing the production of new items, and developing relationships with vendors.
Identify sales, marketing and performance opportunities for the brand and work with internal teams to drive change (Strategy, Advertising, Marketing, Operations, PR, Finance, Customer Service, Business Intelligence)
Analyze and anticipate competitors' marketing strategies, options and pricing
Attend trade shows to visit key vendors (4-6 times per year)
