Only considering candidates with the following:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a similar data entry role
- Critical thinking and Problem solving
- Time Management and attention to detail
- Able to prioritize and organize daily work load
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Data Entry and Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, and Access
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with business partners providing coordination on tasks and projects in an effort to maintain published Service Level Agreements
- Manage time and prioritize tasks assigned independently while understanding when to appropriately involve team members and management
- Collaboration and the ability to receive feedback from team members and management
- Provide superior customer service to our internal US Bancorp customers assisting them with requests and new Identity and Access Management tools and forms
- Apply Identity and Access Management policies and procedures while processing requests and completing projects in an effort to maintain compliance with US Bancorp policies and procedures
- Identify escalations and exceptions to policies and procedures and communicate them up to management as necessary to improve Identity and Access Management operations and maintain safety and security
