Wells Fargo is seeking a Wealth Management Client at Wells Fargo Advisors.
In this role, you will:
Assists financial advisors with operational tasks and activities such as providing customer service via telephone, face-to-face communication and/or text messaging.
Assist Financial Advisor with client requests for account related information and/or quotes
Schedule and prepare appointments for new or potential clients
Create and manage client accounts, prepare forms, survey questions and/or account statements, and submit security tickets when approved by a financial advisor.
Perform various administrative duties for financial advisors and branch management, including but not limited to following up on referrals, assisting with marketing related activities.
Act as a liaison for all referral sources by reviewing documents for completeness and forwarding them to management for review as appropriate.
The position will be centrally located CA Utility will assist financial advisors in other parts of the country as needed/assigned.
Hours of operation will depend on the business conditions and geographic location of the assigned financial advisors to ensure coverage during normal business hours in various locations.
Qualifications Required:
2+ years of brokerage and customer service experience, or demonstrated by one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Degree required:
Customer service is focused on listening to experiences, getting the right information, understanding and solving complex customer problems
Experience in a brokerage firm or financial services firm
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, meet targets and work under pressure in a challenging and complex environment
Experience of direct interaction with clients
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
