We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team to assist our customers and manage their exposure to online credit card fraud.
Job duties include:
- Provide technical support and coordinate with our customers regarding our fraud, refund and payment method plans
-Resolve customer issues logging into our system. Check the system status. Contact customers when their data outage is affected
-Design and implement rules and procedures for filtering fraudulent transactions
- Customize the Fraud Analyst user interface according to customer specifications
- Work closely with customers to identify new features and functionality for Interceptas
- Collaborate with Accertify subject matter experts to analyze and identify emerging technologies/trends and adopt new approaches and features as needed.
-Build strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service and ensure expectations are exceeded
- Act as a liaison between external customers and internal departments, including account management, operations and development teams
-Cooperates and attends assigned meetings
