Qualifications:
- 3+ years of call center, customer service, sales or project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Computer literate (PC) and experience with MS Office with above average skills in Excel
Skills Required:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- Highly organized
- Self-starter, able to keep up on job tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong analytical skills a plus
- Tact under pressure

- Ability to establish priorities, manage work independently, and meet deadlines
- Displays a team-player attitude both within the Client Support team and when communicating and collaborating with other key departments
- Intuitively understands the importance of cross collaboration amongst internal and external stakeholders and can execute easily
Key responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming customer communications, presenting a positive customer-oriented impression at all times.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in all information given to customers and entered into the computer system and files.
- Work cooperatively with other departments in complex situations in order to balance the interests of our customers, our vendors and the Company.
- Understand the impact of independent decision making on the Company’s profit margin.
- Develop and maintain a high level of proficiency in your area of expertise and be able to cross-train your peers.
- Track sales trends and deliver presentations to management regarding your area of expertise.
- Analyze bids and purchases orders that include complex federal regulations.
- Educate and support the outside sales reps on the differences of doing business with government agencies.
- Resolve complex problems that arise as part of the sales and delivery process.
- Other duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive market-based salary. Most people start this position in the range of $55,000
