About this Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Developer Manager to lead our team of talented Cloud Developers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, architecture, deployment, and maintenance of cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Cloud Developers engaged in design, architecture, deployment, and maintenance of cloud solutions
Oversee cloud plans and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications into the cloud environment
Implement infrastructure and platforms required for cloud computing, optimizing performance and scalability
Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in cloud development, architecture, and deployment, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role
Expertise in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, including infrastructure as code, containerization, and serverless computing
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect are a plus
You may substitute years of experience for education as needed to meet project requirements
Must be a United States citizen
Must be willing/able to obtain a clearance
