Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or relevant relevant experience.
4 years of experience working in security products. Experience managing client projects to completion and working with cross-functional teams.
Experience coding in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, Go or similar and skills in data processing, algorithms and software design.
Candidate Qualifications:
7 years of experience in a security building and/or security engine.
Cloud security experience delivered in customer-facing services. Experience in cyberattacks and mitigation methods in at least two of the following areas: network architecture and secure network design, system architecture and hard work, web application security, security analysis and penetration testing, access control and cryptography applied to the security system, security. monitoring and detection of attacks, response and investigation of incidents, development of security tools, automation or coordination.
Experience securing Cloud or other cloud environments. Understanding of security principles.

In this role, you will provide technical guidance to customers hosting Google Cloud Platform services. You will provide best practices in the implementation of secure cloud infrastructure, automated infrastructure and application deployment, cloud software configuration, and more. You will provide guidance to ensure customers get the best Google Cloud Platform (GCP) has to offer and ensure you have the best experience migrating, building, improving and maintaining applications on Google Cloud Platform. In addition, you will work closely with product management and product engineering to improve product excellence and Google Cloud features.

Work
Provide technical expertise in cloud security and compliance and be a trusted technical advisor to clients. Solve cloud storage and hosting problems. Work with customers to design and develop cloud storage solutions to meet and exceed their security requirements.
Create and share best practice tips, tutorials, blog posts, code samples, and demos tailored for different levels of business and technical users. Manage different stakeholders across customer environments to build trust and drive positive customer outcomes on Google Cloud Platform.
Travels up to 30% of the time, within the region, for meetings, technical research and on-site delivery services.
