Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring for a Commercial Sales Analyst role for a temporary assignment in Plano, TX.
This position is a 6-month assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $35-$40/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Job Summary:
The Commercial Sales Analyst’s primary responsibilities are to support National Commercial Sales Manager (NCSM) and Commercial Sales Manager/Sr. Analyst (CSM/CSA) in the wholesale area ranging from the preparation of term sheets to following for due diligence items with Dealers. This role will interact very closely with the Dealer Lending Team, Legal and the NCSM/CSM team to cultivate and preserve strong relationships with dealership borrowers. This role supports a portfolio that include client's loan portfolios and will require an understanding of the specific criteria and metrics relevant to the portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
- Support CSM and NCSM in new business prospects and deal structures, including the preparation of term sheets, rate quotes, assessment of debt service abilities, etc.
- Support the sales organization in optimizing dealer service level by coordinating efforts in various loan and floorplan closing transactions, including the coordination with dealers to gather pertinent information such as appraisals, phase 1, and other due diligence items, as necessary.
- Assist coordinating efforts between Field Sales and TMCC Dealer Lending with modifications and terminations of loans. Escalating conversations, as necessary.
- Help manage Commercial inbox intake
- Documentation storage appropriately managed and organized for all loans in commercial portfolio (ShareDrive)
- Working with CSM to appropriately invoice dealers for appraisals, as well as managing appraisal approvals within Ariba (system). Managing appraisal log to accurately reflect status of each invoice in process.
- Assist with loan payoff quotes/prepayment fee calculation, when requested.
- Assist CSM and NCSM with miscellaneous items pertaining to commercial loans.
- Assist with billing statements for Revolving Lines of Credit, within FiServ/Premier loan system.
- Manual entry of Applicant Know Your Customer (“KYC”) details into Fiserv/Premier.
- Support sales team by solving customer questions on billing statements, loan processing, and general.
- Help collect and coordinate annual due diligence documentation for TFSB REL portfolio, when requested.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent; four-year college degree preferred.
- At least two years of relevant work experience
- Experience in retail credit, collections, dealership financial statements and analytical capabilities.
