Position Information
Supporting the division of Health, Well-being & Safety (HWS), the Communications Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive program of marketing initiatives and communications support (i.e., lead/guide communication efforts across the HWS division, writing strategic communications pieces, executive communication, internal communication, Op-Eds, presentations, speeches, strategic website design, social media, external presentations and remarks, etc.). The incumbent will work with management to develop and execute organizational communication and market branding strategies & designs, Additionally, there should be projects related to implementing information campaigns, and writing/editing a variety of comprehensive and difficult material for stylistic consistency, logic, organization, rational development of content, and emphasis. Recommends content and layout for creating visually appealing materials, edits, and coordinates production of a variety of multimedia, or conversion of printed pieces to online formats and archives. Involves conceiving, researching, writing, editing, and / or publishing written materials and strategic communications, including publications (e.g. annual reviews), impact reports, narrative creations and sharing, articles, proposals, presentations, speeches, website copy, and promotional material. Also, provides leadership and support to high-profile events within the division.

The full salary range for this position is $71,100 - $128,700 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
